Credit Card Issues
One thing I have noticed is the credit cards I have seem to get very unhappy with me if I do not pay them they way they want me to. For example, if I am told in the statement that I should pay $225 as a minimum, for example, and I only pay $150, they slap penalty fees on me and send nasty comments. You would think they would be nicer since I am making the rich (along with millions of others)

credit cards and other "loans" do not meet the "smell" test insofar as truly making a loan. Based on Consumer protection laws, the so called loan cannot be shown by the bank when asked to prove up the transaction and therefore the contract you have is not enforcable.
